Filling in the SOA forms and not sure who is the owner of my company car. Would it be the company I work for as they lease it for me or is it the lease company? We're a seriously struggling small company and would hand the 2 company cars back but it costs a small fortune just to do that!

I would put that the car is owned by the lease company and paid for by the company for your use.
