Hi

Has anyone known them take the car anyway. If it is worth around 2500 and you have no disposable income to offer and no other assets. With one person working and the other looking for a job had they might say 'get the bus we are taking the car anyway"

Although the person looking for the job would be limited as they would have no means of transport should they get a job 2 bus rides away.

Hi Dee,

At that value, as long as you can argue a need for the car (getting to work), you should be fine.
