What if things are so bad that you cannot afford the £450 fees for the courts and the £500 fees for the company dealing with your bankruptcy...if i had a spare grand lying around i wouldn''t need to go bankrupt...

it is not very difficult to fill in the paper work yoursel (you can do it online) that could at least save the £500 to pay someone to do it for you , although if you need advice you can ask all the questions you want on here and one of the experts will answer them or you can call them on the freefone number above, also if you are on benefits there may be a reduced fee of £345 for the court fee,i hope this is of some help
