hi
finally went br today and i can now say the experiance was not as bad as i thought it might be i arrived early (about 1 1/2 hours early due to mix up over opening times) after waiting to see the clerk who was very plesent as she sorted through the paperwork i had to go and wait for the judge to become free i was called in to see him,he was quite plesent but not frendly(but i was not looking to make a best mate)he asked if i had been given any indpendent advise about br which i received from the cab he then told me i would never be allowed credit again(not that iwant it anyway)he then said i was clearly insolvant and declared my bankrupt i had to wait for about 2hours then collect my certificate, then home on to the phone to tell the creditors which i must admit was a releif and some fun

Well done, Eamonn!

Everyone says the same thing, that it's not as bad as they expected.

Relax tonight and here's to your debt-free future! :-)

Well done Eamon
We are 2 weeks into ours now and things are beginning to calm down a bit.
