Just woke up to yet another question !!
Apart from the fee and 3 copies of my form, what will i actually need to take to court on the day of my BR??
The weights are coming off my shoulders very slowly, but making such a big diference !! |

Morning MW
Just yourself, all i took was the 3 copies of my SoA, my fee and that was all.
I know how worrying it is, it will soon be over and then you can afresh new life.
Good luck and take care mate:-)

Hi MW The only other things that you might need are your 3 last payslips and any benefit forms. They are only needed if you think you might be entitled to have some of the fee waived. I was over the threshold so I didn't qualify for it but worth a try ifyou can,it's £150 in your pocket if you're entitled to it. Don't worry, you really will be fine Nat |
