Hi there,

I need some advice. I was discharged from bankruptcy in april 2006 but when I moved last year the letter confirming it had vanished. I think it must have been thrown away by mistake when sorting things out Thing is, I have tried opening a NatWest account and they will happily carry on my application if I can prove I am discharged. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this proof needed? I think I remember my number but all other Bankruptcy stuff has seemed to have gone too. Very annoyed with myself for not being more careful.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Viki

Hi
I've not come across this before but I would have thought the court could issue a duplicate but no doubt it will be at a cost.
