Hi, Is there somewhere I can find out what is an acceptable amount to claim for the care of my son who has special needs? Are cigarettes an allowable expense in a bancruptcy?
I was not allowed a cigarette allowance. Have a look on my blog there is a link that shows some of the expenditure the OR will allow, it is a bit out of date but is there as a rough guide.
