Hi

Does anyone know for certain if tax credits overpaid to me can be included in my BR please????

I put a thread up re this, nothing seems clear, put it on your SoA and see what the OR says at your interview. I have my interview Wednesday so will post and let know what she says about mine.

I would say YES as long as you have received a bill for them.
Mine was billed by the IR and we agreed a repayment plan prior to BR now its included.
If your paying through your claim then i dont think it will.

The weights are coming off my shoulders very slowly, but making such a big diference !!

Hi

You can include them as a creditor, however they will continue to deduct any overpayment from any ongoing claim.
