Really sorry about your news today. Is there no-one who could have leant you the money? We claimed as a couple and needed DWP letters with both our NI on them, but as i said previously the standard yearly increase letters were enough for our court. Get on the phone and organise these blasted letters then phone court for new date then have a good cry, i find this helps in any situation!
We don't have anyone who could lend us the money. My husband has called the DWP today and asked for an official letter stating that we BOTH get income support. Fingers crossed it will be satisfactory for the Court.
