Hi Kazy1
I have a copy of a letterthat was sent to one of my creditors, it is entitled NOTICE MEETING OF CREDITORS, it tells them all assets as we listed on our court papers and all liabilities. (although it does not say what companies are owed what) It also goes on to ask if they know any other useful information concerning my dealings etc.
Hope this helps.

Hi Kazy

I would not worry about them, leave the letter writing and the fear of the creditors behind you now.

I personnaly dont think they let them know in a letter to each creditor who you owed to, its just a standard letter that outlines assets and what will happen, they also need to know if there is anything else that the OR should be made aware of so they write to them to get this and to let them know that the OR is now dealing with those debts.

You just sit back and dont even think about it, for us now its out of our hands, which is a good thing and you should be concentrating on you and yours.

Take care

Jo

Thanks needafriend i think what i am most worried about is one of my creditors is a bit disgruntled and might tell the OR a pack of lies !!! But reading another post it seems they are used to this!!.Anyway the truth will always out as my mother says.
