Hi all, its been ages since ive been on the forum. Quick update. BR on 8 Aug, interview few weeks after, no IPA (except nil tax) sure that could change soon with mortgage decreasing. Been contacted about case shortly going to RTLU. Quick question. at interview we took in suitcase load of documents, OR agreed that pensions safe and sister bought BI in a cheap scooter, however OR still has all documents relating to these things, including all scooter paperwork. when should i expect these back or does the OR keep them for the duration of the BR. (Know i should contact OR but want to stay low till after xmas lol. except for notifying changes of course!)
In addition I know that RTLU deal with assets, there was about 10K equity in house last March, so i am guessing that now it would be negligible, we told the OR we didnt want to stay in the house as we had no way of raising BI money, however, do the RTLU offer it again when deciding what to do with this asset?? Thanks anyone. (PS Hi Jo, got my money on you being first to answer. lol)

Who me! LOL

I did try to email you but it would not go through.
Anyhow, i would contact the OR about your docs as you need these and as you know they are not ogres.

The RTLU will allow you to buy the BI at a later date, this is what we are waiting to do, we cant afford it right now but we are hoping that in time the BI will drop and we can make that offer, also the RTLU wont force a sale without usually asking you first if you still want to buy the BI.
