Hi Paul

We missed first full payment on mortgage on the 1 Oct, spoken recently to mortgage company and they advised it would be better, voluntary repo. The house we are looking to move into wont be ready til last weekend in January 29th/30th, is this pushing the dates or should we be ok??

Thanks

Hi
hope everything is going well

can't see any major problem with Feb 1st.

you could either let the mortgage company know, or preferably let them knowlatr Dec / early Jan that you will be moved out by Feb 5th.

That will save them going to court - although you don't have to.

Thanks Paul, they were pretty okay about things and just said to advise them when had a house sorted, but thought maybe Feb would be pushing it a bit.

Thanks again
