You need to try your very best to remember otherwise the OR may assume you are hiding something.

you could get a copy of your credit report which should list all credit - Experion.

You might need to get a copy of all 3 credit files - Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. I've found that some of my creditors reported to one agency and not the others.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi

will be good to go over everything so that you can get some peace of mind, understand the process and get a plan of action together.

If you view this like a military operation then you won't forget anything and you will plan to succeed with the minimum of stress.

take care

Hi MD7

Let paul go through your options with you and dont worry about the "Prison" thing, we all look back and querie what we spent our money on etc etc, but none of us deliberately took credit with no intention of paying it back, its all circumstantial.

Dont go worrying about something that may never be, otherwise you will drive yourself insane and life is too short for that.

Take care and let us know what happens.

LOL all your friends on the forum ;-)

Good luck today, and please don't worry about prison. As Jo says none of us borrowed the money without intending to pay it back.

thankyou for been so freindly. quick question i am just writing my letters for credit reports. Equifax info is £2.00 and experian info is £5.95 is that right. these things dont seem to be made for people with no credit cards or bank account but not to worry we will overcome. dave

Equifax and experian can both be ordered online for £2 each, callcredit is also £2 but i think you have to write to them.

For the links have a look in my blog.

Best of luck
