hi i hope someone can answer this if you go banckrupt and are living with someone are they responsible for any of your debts does the O R take there earnings into account too. these debts are nothing to do with the person you are living with and were made before you met them
If the debts are in your name only then no, they are not responsible for your debts (im married and hubby was not responsible for any of mine before i went br)
As far as im aware the OR takes their contribution to the household into account, but they should not need to let the OR know if they get a pay rise (again this has been my experience only)
