No landlords didnt ring last night, hoping they will ring tonight, but if all else fails I will be ringing agents tommorrow to say we will pay 6 months up front and get the house either way.
I will be glad when we have the official okay, as cant really think about xmas til its sorted lol.
I know the feeling the property we are moving out of wanted either guarantor or 6 months upfront if we had that upfront we wouldnt be here but i'm glad your ok will keep thinking of you
