Dear Forum

I am nearly there now (I think) with completing my BR Forms - BR Date is 05/01/09.

I know that Student Loans debts cannot be included in BR but should I put them down on the Forms anyway or just completely leave them out?

Cheers!

Hi

student loans should be entered in section 4 unsecured as you will need to also enter the cost in your expenditure list.
Giving the details in section 4 will enable the OR to check, if he wishes, that the loan is genuine and that you're not putting it down as an expenditure just to increase your own disposable income.
