Hi all,
Sorry if i have asked this question before, but if i have an agreement with an provider who supplies me with internet/phone/tv package started before I go bankrupt, would I be forced to cancel the agreement once bankrupt? If so, how would I be able to get a phone line, internet, etc or would I be expected to do without?

Ultimately it is down to the supplier, but i would have thought that as long as you pay your bills etc then you should be ok.
If in doubt make an anonymous call to them and just ask.

Hi
the agreement is not likely to be affected but you will only be able to claim expenditure against the phone aspect of the deal. The TV and broadband elements will have to be paid from the disposable income you have left, if any.
That said, £50 per month is acceptable for a landline phone so if the whole package is no more than this you should enter £50 against the phone on your SoA.
