i sold my house and paid the excess cash to h&m revenues and customs to bring everything up to date ,if i go bankrupt could the OR deem the money paid should be distributed to other creditors and reclaimed ps i had a charge on house from revenue house sold in august

Hi

if you had a charge on the house then they are legally entitled to the money and the sale could not proceed unless their debt was discharged.

what is the level of debt you have left?

have business and personal debt so have no alternative than to go BR
