hi i made myself bankrupt in aug,got a letter friday saying case file transferred to rtlu unit
what happens now pls |

Hi,
It is a specialist unit operated on a regional basis with the brief to realise assets and/or collect IPA/IPO payments. The fact that you have been referred to the RTLU will have no adverse affects on your bankruptcy, they are there purely to take over some of the roles that the OR had in your case, beforehand.

| We were also bankrupt in August, had a letter from stating we were transferred to RTLU few weeks ago. I have written to our OR twice now to inform them of changes (mortgage reduction mainly)and ask for a return of paperwork, and should we be sending wage slips to RTLU now. no reply. No worries though, RTLU wrote to my OH today asking for all new figures on their 'standard early discharge' letter. fingers crossed. lol x |

| having major probs with my email at the mo! shame coz i wanted to ask you about 'nil tax code' we are paying it but i worry as OH wage so variable, i have been sending wage slips to original OR and moon beever to show this and i have been keeping a bit back in case there is more tax to pay over but i dont know how the agreement works, is it my responsibility to pay over any extra that i think there may be month by month, do i just keep them informed or is the agreement final and thats all we pay???? |
