joint account question had a joint account with my wife after BR all accounts with bank frozen however just got a phone call from the bank they would not talk to me only my wife asking for an arrangement to be made to pay back outstanding overdraft my wife didnt go BR and it would be down to me to pay off the OD (only £800 ) where do i stand think i put this down as a debt but really can't remember now advice please
It was joint so she is now liable for the whole debt im affraid.
