HI
Im living and working in the UK for 4 years. I owe 7000 pounds to my creditor. May I declare bankruptcy if I don't have a UK Passport ??

Hi

you don't need a UK passport but will need a NI number.

You may want to revies other solutions to debt as well as £7,000 seems a low amount to consider Br for
