                      | I spoke to my local citizens advice bureau and they said due to me being on income support i may be intitled to help towards the cost of going bankrupt, is there such a thing and are there grants you can get, its my only option unless i want to end up in court and as a single mother to two i cant take that risk! |

                       Hi
if you're on IS you will probably be entitled to have the court fee waived (£150) but you would still have to find £345 in cash to pay the Official Receiver's fees.
I'm not sure why being in court would affect your position. Bankruptcy is, after all, exactly that.

                       Hi Gemb
  Welcome
You can call you local court and ask them anout the application form that you will need to fill in so that you can get your reduction in your fee.
It may not be much but it is better than nothing.
I do hope that you can find the rest of the fee if bankruptcy is a viable option for you.
  Best of luck
  Jo x
