Hi,
Just a couple of questions. In what circumstances would you get a BRO/BRU? What do you have to have done to get one?
I'm going to court on 21st and know I will definitely have to pay IPA payments, but I've noticed on the forum that this can take a few months to sort out. Do they backdate the payments so should I keep back a lump sum of my wages esch months for them to claim? Was planning on doing this anyway but more as emergency money for the next 3 yrs really.
I phoned up to open Co-op cashminder account and was fine accepted straight away, but none of the paperwork has come as was only the other day and I doubt it will come before Weds, do I leave it off the forms and just tell the OR about it on the phone? I really don't want it to be frozen as need to have my wages and direct debits sorted for the 1st of next month.
If I am paying IPA payments does that mean ED is out of the question?
I'm in South Wales what paper does it go in? My Mother is completely stresses out at the moment and I think my name going in the paper may tip her over the edge to a nervous breakdown!!

No its not back dated to the day of your bankruptcy it starts on thday the OR sets it up.
The coop account leav eoff if you dont have the details as its not technically up and running and therefore does not need to be included.
If your paying into an IPA you could still get an ED.
Not sure about the paper, sorry.
