Sorry guys
I know this has been covered before,
What is the legislation or Act that
Stop the Creditors harassing you after BR.
LloydsTSB keep ringing me up, and I told them one more time and I will call the police,
May be it's me getting a bit nervous
I have the OR interview tommorow morning at 9.30.

Thanks

all the best

Leakie

Hi

Section 40 of The Administration of Justice Act 1970 is what you need to quote.

Couple of other things

1 tell the OR and ask for help
2 send lloyds a copy of the Br order with a "polite" note

Hey Leakie

I hope you manage to get it sorted soon - i sent all my creditors the br order the day after my br date and not really had any hassle since, it may be worth a try for you.

I cant believe they waste so much time when they have been told LOTS of times before.

Good luck

Jenny

Lloyds TSB kept hassling me too after going BR, despite several letters and telling them several times.
