Help, I am opposing my ex-husbands bankruptcy, opposition was filed with the courts through my counsel at the time, I no longer have counsel, can't afford it. Discharge date has been set for Feb. 12, 2009, now I need to file affidavit material ..proof of his lies and fraudulent claims including bank accounts idscovered, business claimed closed but wasn't etc. he claimed bankruptyc to get out of lump sum payment ordered is Family court. I need the proper forms to file my proof in opposition to his claim. ex. bank statments showing income of $12,000. for one month claimed $3,600.00 in bankruptcy.
