what happens if your home has already been reprosessed, and sold on but only enough money was made to pay the morgage and not any loans secured on the house? can you still declare yourself bankrupt if you own no assets?

Hi Claire and welcome

Yes you can declare yourself br, and must also include any shortfall from the mortgage and secured loan as this will be captured by the br.

Do you have any other assets which may be at risk under br proceedings ?
