Hi I have recieved a letter from OR asking me too fill in an IPOQ they forgot to include it in the envelope so I am waiting for another to be sent.

My question is what is an IPOQ? I was declared BR in April and recieved a letter in October saying I was discharged but I have heard nothing since.

I currently have an IPA that I have been paying since August.

Also does anyone know if my NL tax code reverts back to a normal code in April

Hi there Shylock

From what I know its to do with early discharge, so i am a little confused if you have already been discharged ? you need to fill it in and send it back within 14 days.

Was there a letter EDREV that came with the ipoq letter ?

Yes your nil tax code will revert back to normal from the new tax year.

I hace checked my letters and I have been Discharged, but I had asked for a review of my IPA due to a new baby on the way so they sent me an IPOQ to fill in before christmas.

However since then I decided to wait til the baby arrives so I know how much extra to put for outgoings, but they still want me to do an IPOQ now.

On the IPOQ they ask for both our incomes but then do I put both our outgoings because when I did my SOA I only had to put my outgoings its very confusing.

Did you both go br or just yourself ? If it was just you, then you only have to put your partners contributions as they will not be responsible for your debts.

It does sound like you are going to have to do it now im afraid - if nothing has changed then just put all the same amounts down, and wait until you go on maternity leave and contact them again, as they will need to sort your i & E anyway.

Hope this helps

Okay so that explains why you have recieved one after ED.
If they want both incomes then you must put entire household expenditure I would have thought. Send it off asap and when bubba arrives you can ask for another.

Its acyually my OH that is pregnant, I am not sure how much I can claim for baby stuff, and she goes onto Maternity pay in 4 months then Stat Maternity pay 6 months after so it would need reviewing another 2 times at least.

Seems silly to me I will try emailing the OR and see what they say

Hi

it has to be with regard to a review of your IPA.
You mention you requested one before Xmas.
It can be reviewed any number of times throughout the term of the IPA. Every time you notify them of a change in income and / or expenditure in fact.
