Hi Stu

Im sorry, but i dont know what Liverpool Court is like, so cannot help you there.

The clerk will go over your soa, take your fee and then get you to swear on the bible. Alot of people are only in with the judge for a matter of minutes, as they will check over your soa before you go in. They will confirm you have sought advice and may ask a couple of other questions and then declare you br.

It is usually up to the or to decide on ed and there are no set rules for it. Keep your fingers crossed tho

Good luck for tomorrow and please let us know how you get on.

Jenny

Hi Stu,

Unfortunately Liverpool is one of the few courts in the country that I haven't been to so I can't advise. Hope all goes well .... let us know how you get on!
