Hi just to let you know we went bankrupt on tuesday 27th jan at last the nightmare is nearly over. arrived at court 9.00am left at 10.00am, we did not have to see the judge and were taken into a side room to receive br order and then spoke on telephone to or office, who informed us that they would write with appt. for both our interviews in next few days , she said interview would probably take about an hour. We are so relieved and court was not as scary as we thought it would be. Can I just thank everyone on this forum for all the help and info, I would have gone mad without it and wish all newbies all the best when your turns come. I feel like I have just won the lottery and can get on with rest of my life now.
