once i get my disassociation forms and send them off will my parents be ok to obtain credit? (i live with parents) as i couldnt bear the thought of them being punished because of me going bankrupt. thanks tim.

Im not 100% sure, but i assume one it is on the credit files then there shouldnt be a problem.

Let us know how your parents get on.

Just to let you know that I live with my partner and he has had no problems getting credit. We have no joint finances, but lived together before I went BR. I also had debts at my mum's address, and she hasn't had any problems either.

Neither of them have filed a notice of disassociation.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
