so when the person i have put forward to buy my interest in my house from the O R completes there payment and stuff,does the note on the land registry get removed or do i have to do something?
just want to make sure i sort this matter properly

Hi Simong,

Are you talking about the restriction entered at the Land Registry by the OR? If so, then yes it should.
