Hello,

I wonder if someone could look over this expenditure list and tell me if it looks okay or have I put too large an amount? Do you think the OR would think this list is reasonable expenses?

Gas £40
Water £40
Phone £50
TV Licence £10
Home Insurance £15
Housekeeping £190
Clothing £30
Domestic Break £30
Dentist £20
Birthdays/Christmas £30
Medical £10
Car maintenance £30
Petrol £30
Car tax £12
Car insurance £25
Car breakdown cover £12

Total expenditure: £939
Disposable Income: £361

Thanks

Hi Xmas Baby

I was only allowed £185 for housekeeping, wasn't allowed for birthdays/christmas but was allowed £30 for dentist but just make sure you list absolutely everything you spend on... they can only say no. If you don't ask you don't get. Good luck! x

Thanks Maizie. I think I will cope with £185 housekeeping and if they decide on nothing for Christmas/Birthdays, so be it.

Hi

there's also dry cleaning and meals at work if you do have to spend on those.
Otherwise all looks good to me xmas baby presuming you live alone.

FYI - a DI of £250 - £340 = 60% IPA and £350 - £500 = 66% IPA

Cheers John (and Maizie),

Actually I share with my flatmate, hence the rent and bills are halved but they pay for their own foods.
