Hello, we have finally filled our forms in for Thursday (the start of the rest of our debt free lives!) but have seen mention on here about taking copies of the forms?

I have read and re-read all the paperwork that came from the court and I can't see any mention of bringing copies at all. It does say our forms will be sealed at court and returned to us, but that is all I can find.

We are going to Sheffield, does anyone know if we do need copies?

I took 3 copies to Nottingham along with the Original and they only took the one copy so not sure if it varies from court to court.

Elle

I also took 3 copies to the court, after i submitted mine online. If your concerned then it may be worth a call to the courts. You dont want any suprises when you get there.

It's probably best to give the court a call and check. I didn't take enough copies and it cost a fortune for the court to photocopy them!

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi ElleB,

I took the original and two photocopies, they kept the original, got me to also sign one of the photocopies and said that they would send that to the OR and I got to keep the third copy.

I was stressing about getting copies done, and could have done these at court, but was glad I didn't as I noted the price tariff for this on the wall in the waiting room - £5 for the first 10 pages and 50p for every page after that ... and seeing as the document is 32 pages long, that would have been money I really could have done without spending!

All the best for Thursday .... trust everyone on here when they tell you it will be fine!
