Hi Adam and welcome to the forum.

As you have a low level of debt (although I know it doesn't seem like it to you!) it would be a shame for you to go BR. It would be worth you contacting either CCCS or Payplan and talking to them about a debt management plan.

Regarding the debt to the CSA, this would not be written off in BR I'm afraid.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi Adam

With such a low debt and income, you may be eligiable for the new Debt Relief Order due to come out in April.

Google it to get more info.

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

Firstly I would say dont let it get you down to much.

One thing I have learned is that their is always a solution to your problems no matter how bad they might seem at the moment.

From my experience I would agree with the others and recommend contacting either the CCCS of national debt helpline, they will be able to give you some free and fair advice.

I would as previosuly mentioned google Debt Relief orders, I know it is something new that can help people with debts of less than £15k.

Keep posting as the experts on here will also be able to give you some good advice.
