Hi

Notice people talking about getting paperwork ready for their OR meetings, can anybody give me an idea or what paperwork I will need to gather for my OR telephone conversation.

Is it just bank statements, credit card statements.

Thanks

I'm really glad you asked this as I was going to. we are far behind you on the BR road mind, haven't filled in petition/SOA yet. Were those two the only bits you had to take to the court?

Hi

I declared myself bankrupt on the 22nd Dec and had a telephone interview arranged for early Jan which I rearranged for a face to face interview. I took along bank statements, statements for each of the debts I listed in the bankruptcy, pension statements, Child benifit statement, tax credit statements, payslips, mortgage statements, last copies of utility bills, statements of my daughters nursery fees, premium bond certificate (which was taken away). Photoopies of everything was taken along wit some originals.
I suppose it was just as much proof as possible of all debts and income I had listed in my petition.
The interview wasn't as bad a i thought it would be. Yes I had to account for how I'd got into this situation but it wasn't done in a way that belittled me.
Wishing you all the best for your meeting.
