I gather from this site that the OR will give me a 0 Tax code rating. As I am currently unemployed does this mean I would have to pay tax on any benifits I receive as they are aparently taxable.

Hi


a 0 tax code means you pay no tax on earnings or benefits. If you plan to declare bankruptcy before 5th April 2009 you will not receive an NT tax code anyway.
