Hi, Can someone tell me if you need to prove your expenditure, just so I know whether I need to start collecting receipts in the run up to BR. For example things like utility bills will be easy to prove but will I also need to find evidence of our food bill, school dinners and hairdressers etc?
I didn't have to, but saying that the receiver had my last 12 months bank statements so could see on that anyway, I think they have a standard guideline they use but nothing was queried on mine even the £10 a week cat food,I have 2 cats but didn't have to prove that.
