Hi i have £4500 worth of debt and am having trouble repaying it and am falling behind with payments, can you help? i think that bankruptcy may be my only option.

It depends on whether or not you own a home and if so the equity situation together with your income, post a bit more info and we can respond fully

Hi

with more info - as Melanie says - we will be able to point you in the right direction.

I suspect that Br is not the right solution but there are 2 other possibilities depending upon how many creditors you have etc.

Administration Order
Debt Relief Order ( new legislation staring in April)
