Hi,

Please could you answer this query?

My employers offer free private health insurance for their employees (although it is a taxable benefit) we can opt to add dependants which I do and pay by way of salary sacrifice 70pm for my partner and children to be covered.

Is this allowed in BR ,ie can I give them the take home figure after this deduction as my 'income' or would I need to cancel it?

Thanks

I do not think this additonal money of £70 per month would be allowed by the OR. You of course would be able to remain in the scheme but you would not be able to make the additional payments for your partner/children
