I have a few questions about the online forms which I would be grateful for any advice.
1. In section 3.7 (Vehicles you have disposed of) the guidance notes at the top of the section state that you must provide details of any vehicles that you have disposed of in the last 6 months, but in the actual question for 3.7 it states 12 months. And when you click on 'Add new information' the guidance notes state 5 years.
which timeframe should I be following? Or have I misunderstood something.
2. Within the details for section 3.7 it asks for MOT, Tax, and insurance expiry. If I have sold this vehicle, how would I know these details?
the detailed vehicle list within which you enter mot and insurance expiry follows on from the question "do you own a vehicle." This detailed list therefore relates to a vehicle you own not one you have disposed of.
Any vehicles sold within the last 12 months should be listed giving make / model / reg / value / sale price.
