Regard to Gym i am asking for GP for a letter to say i need for medical condition also that i need to replace shoe more often than normal.
problem i have i have moved in to look after sick eldery father and all bills are in his name.
Where do i stand with that thanks you in antisipaction in replies
Mobile phone is needed as Lifline emergencay has my number incase my father is ill when i am out.
When i see my children i need to take them out as though i take them to see my father he cant handle to long and i need to take them somewhere hence i have put down as a expense.
worried what OR will think of all this also all bills are in my names name.

Gym �40.00 - this may not be allowed, it depends if the OR accepts the letter from your GP
capital one �1.00 - won't be paid once BR
