my daughter has a property inspain and can not afford the repayments. If she goes bankrupt in the uk does it effect her debts in Spain. C`an you advise please.

debts in the EU will be covered by petitioning in the UK.

you will need to include these details on the SOA.

has your daughter taken any advice regarding her financial position
