 hi, I was orded by the court to pay £20.000

hi, I was orded by the court to pay £20.000 for an accident which wasn't my fault, the judge was very discriminate, now I am woried sick i ve lost my job I have 2 young childrens married but my marriage is falling apart.the flat were we live is on my wife name change it to her name about 1 year ago
my question is to know if I put an application for bankcrapcy what will hapen to the flat. Please any advice

Firstly welcome to the forum
One of the questions on the forms is have you disposed of any assets within the last 5 years
So if you tranferred your equity in the flat to your wife you have to declare it.
If she paid you the market value for your equity then no problem.
If you just changed the name to hers then the OR will want to know why, and question whether you did it to avoid loss of assets in BR and may still decide you have a Beneficial Interest (BI) in the flat.
