Hi if i the or is dealing with my house sale etc and i am renting can the morgage people send balliffs into the house now that i am renting not that i have anything for them to take it is just that it worries me sick and can i say i would not be able to get through this with out your help you have all been fantastic THANK YOU

If you have declared BR then there is no chance of bailiffs coming around , all your debt lies in the hands of the OR and he asks you to declare your assets and only expensive things are at risk but still no bailiffs.
