Hi everyone, hopefully a straightforward question!!!
I've printed off my forms, and have just noticed in the BR handbook I have it says that with the online version of the forms, EVERY page has to be signed and dated. I was wondering if this is necessary, and if so, does this need to be witnessed in court?
I also noticed in earlier posts on this forum, that some people had problems with page numbering and missing information on the online forms, which ended up being a bit painful when presenting them in court. I have compared mine to the original paper copy I obtained earlier, and can't see too much difference!!!
I don't know if these are silly questions, but I want to get the basics as right as possible on the day. |

I printed my forms out (3 copies) and there weren't any page numbers but didn't have any problems handing them in. You should check that all of the details have been printed out as the details of the CCs I have were on the online form but weren't printed out for some reason.
The BR Clerk checks through them and then asks you to sign them and hand the £510 over. There shouldn't be any probs if you make a mistake as I had to enter additional information but the Clerk was ok about it. |

I've just noticed exactly the same thing!! The type of CC's are not showing. I'll fill them in now, and make sure nothing else is missing. Thanks for that!!

Hi elvis1. I had the problem with the page numbering. Not sure if it was just a Birmingham thing? The clerk said it was a new thing though and I presented them on 7th April? May be worth giving them a call as I would not want to tell you to do something and then find I am wrong. You should be able to speak to one of the clerks in the BR department. Like gettingoutofdebt I had the problem with the credit card details too!! Also I had problems with some of the cards when I clicked "find address" from the postcode it only printed the postcode and the clerk was extremely impatient with me and gave me 15 minutes to put in the details or I would lose my appointment!!! So hopefully this will help prevent you having the same problem.
