Has GE Money gone into bankruptcy in England? If so, what happens with my loan?

I've not heard about that one, but if they have then all loans will be passed on to another company.

Sorry, i positive they haven't!

I have a personal loan with them and have just had correspondence from them saying they have been bought/taken over by 'Santander'.

Hope this helps.

If that's the case Maria, then your loan will be administered by Santander now.
