Hi we have our OR interview tomorrow at 9am. We were asked to send our last 3 months payslips in and because of the bank holidays in the last month or so my wife has been paid more because of having to take her turn working them.

This will push us closer to the limit for having an IPA but should still be slightly under if all of are expenses are allowed.

If the extra pay for the last two months takes us over and means we have a little IPA will this be cancelled when my wifes pay goes to its normal amount next month through not having to work extra.

Thanks

Mick

The I&E can be reassessed whenever there is a change in income. If you explain to the OR that they last 2 months your wife has had extra pay then they may just average out her pay over several months.

Good luck with the interview and let us know how you get on.

I know I too will have this problem my average wages due to a lot of overtime is £1,400 but this is likely to drop by at least £350, which will be a real struggle so if I get ipa it will hopefully be changing straight away.
