BR 3/3/09.
Didnt here anything about IPA because she said our DI wasnt enough (we had a minus lol). Changed hours/pay at work, have redone my I&E form and sent just over a week ago. By my workings, we have 36 DI, but I'm guessing she may dispute things she initially allowed. How long will it be til I get a reply? What happens if I dispute it?

The OR's are very busy at the moment so it could take a few weeks to get a reply and even then if the OR agrees with your DI you won't get an IPA so may not receive a reply.

There shouldn't be a reason for the OR to dispute the things originally allowed and you may even be allowed additional items i.e. UK holiday. If you do dispute and neither you or the OR can come to an agreement then the final step is to put the I&E in front of a judge although this is pretty extreme and I haven't heard of it happening to anyone on this board.
