Hi again sorry to be a pain.Both my wife and i are going to file on tuesday next week.We have 2 old bangers which we use for work.They are both registered in my name with my wife on insurance as spouse driver do i put them both on my forms as i am the registered keeper and she put down that she has the use of them.Can anyone help.

Yes, the OR will check with DVLA who owns them so if they are in your name put them on your form and then she can put down that she has usage of them.

Try not to worry about making mistakes on the form as the OR will go through it with you during the interview and things can be changed then if they are not correct.

thanks so much for that,we thourght if mistakes occurred they might refuse our br.Our heads are all over the place as we are trying to pack as well nightmare.

No, one of the experts, Paul I think, did put up a list of when BR can be refused and it was only something like:

- Not having the fee
- Residing in an EU country other than the UK
- Not seeking professional assistance

Any of these would be picked up by the bankruptcy clerk before it gets to the judge.

You only sign the form saying that the details are true 'to the best of your knowledge' so it's no problem forgetting something or putting something in the wrong section.
