| I have read most of the forum questions. Some say it appears in the local paper and others say London gazette and insolv register, could someone PLEASE confirm |

Yes... you will be in the London Gazette, and the Insolvency register....but i believe that we are no longer in the Locals..

| Appearing in the locals was supposed to have stopped in April but some people still appear so maybe it is up to the OR. A business going BR will definitely be in the locals. |

WE HAD ONE IN LAST WEEK BUT IT WAS FROM CROYDON IS THIS BECAUSE SHE IS NOT LOCAL |

It is at the OR's discretion I believe. Some do put them in, and some don't.
I don't think there is any uniformity.

Jan is right, it's at the discretion of the OR whether the advert goes in the paper, although it will still go in the London Gazette as nothing has changed there.
